The RANT Zone!

You may be surprised to hear a Law of Attraction coach telling you that it is good to rant and let out your anger out once in a while! But it is! You see, so many of us hold our emotions and what we feel inside and not let it out, that it just builds up and literally eats us up from the inside!
Like I have mentioned before in my previous blog posts, what we feel is felt at every cell of our body and definitely impacts the overall health of our cells. So, if you are someone who "keeps it all in", you are not doing your physical body any justice. That stress that you internalize will kill you eventually ... one way or another.
I encourage my coaching clients to LET IT OUT! FEEL WHAT THEY FEEL! SCREAM! SHOUT! GET MAD or ANGRY! All that letting out of emotions is a good releasing of what's felt on the inside. This goes for crying too. Haven't you ever had a good cry and then felt some relief after it? It's good to let it all out!
There are so many people in the Law of Attraction community that pretend to be always so happy and positive and from the outside, they do appear that way. But I know many people in this community ... and let me tell you ... what they say and what they feel on the inside are totally different things. And that's OK if they want to be that way ... but the bottom line is this ... they will attract ONLY what they feel, not what they say or how they come across to other people. So, if you think that practicing the Law of Attraction just means that you have to "pretend to be happy", you are sadly mistaken.
If you really want to attract what you want in your life, you have to live your life fully by feeling your emotions, letting them guide you, letting them out, knowing what to do with them so that you can create a better life for yourself.

It's my "Let it out ALL in 10 minutes" product that will give you the freedom to RANT and do a good brain dump of all that "stuff" that you wish you could say out loud, but for some reason or another don't.

Law of Attraction and Positive Thinking ... a Bunch of Hooey?!

There are many skeptics out there who just don't believe in all this positivity stuff! Maybe you know someone who has said:
"Yeah, right ... I just think I am going to be a millionaire and I will be! Sure. That sounds like a bunch of hooey to me!"
Well, listen in on one of my latest Fox News inspirational videos on this very topic and then I will elaborate further on what it takes (in addition to positive thinking) to deliberately create our life experiences the way we want them to be:
Many of you try to muscle your way into positive thinking, but deep down you still feel the same way (i.e., a negative feeling of doubt, worry, despair, frustration) which is the foundation of the sugar coating you are putting on top with those positive thoughts. If you have a sugar coating on something sour underneath, it's not going to turn out a sweet deal, is it?!
What really needs to be changed is what you are feeling underneath those thoughts. Think about it, if you see someone with a smile on their face, does that actually mean that they are happy on the inside? No. Not necessarily. It could be a fake smile. It could be someone who puts on a show on the outside, but has turmoil underneath. We never really know what someone is feeling on the inside. Only you know how you feel. And that's where it is important to start the shift.
Now, here's where many of my new coaching clients get tripped up with this positive thinking and Law of Attraction. They came to one of their first sessions, are familiar with the Law of Attraction, and think that they can't express anything negative because if they give it attention they are going to attract more of the negative. Now, that is true in the bigger picture, but it is important to recognize and acknowledge what you are feeling ... LET IT OUT. Express your emotions. Because if you suppress those emotions, they are not going to go away and they will always have a negative impact on what you attract into your life. So, in my Fox News video above, that's why I recommend to feel your emotions and then move on from there.
One day I screamed out to the Universe "I don't need fixing! I am perfect just the way I am!" (which was in response to some teleclass I attended that brought up some thoughts about myself that were not aligned with joy!) And boy, did that feel good. It was like letting out a great big "AHHHHHHH"! And the release and relief I felt just from letting that out felt incredible!
And from that place of relief, we can move forward and attract more of what we want into our lives.
The Law of Attraction states that "like attracts like" whether you are focusing on the negative or the positive. And where our attraction power really lies is in THE WAY WE FEEL underneath all those words we use and the thoughts we have. It's our feelings that are the magnets for our life experiences.
So, is positive thinking a bunch of hooey? Not if you are feeling positive underneath! And if you are feeling negative emotions, you need to first be aware of them and then reach for that feeling of relief (which can be achieved in a variety of ways, including REALLY feeling those emotions and letting them out) and once you consciously make that decision to feel slightly better on a regular basis, your life experiences will begin to be more positive ones and you are well on your way to achieving your desires and dreams.

Positive THINKING doesn't work!
Did that title catch you off guard? After all, I am a Law of Attraction Life Coach, of course I believe in positive thinking, right?
Well, yes and no ... listen to my message below that will be aired tonight on Fox News at 10 in Eugene, Oregon about this very topic:
So, yes, it is important to think positively, however without the feelings underneath to match those thoughts, you will not be able to deliberately create the life you want. I have had many clients, friends, family members who have said to me "I AM being positive" when their facial expression or the tone in their voice was saying the EXACT OPPOSITE!!! Sometimes we try to fool ourselves into saying those positive words:
=> I am going to be successful
=> Oh, it's nothing, things will turn around.
=> I will get that job
=> I can lose that excess weight
etc.
But how do you really feel when you are saying these positive statements? Are they a HELL YES ... this is happening or are they a "I hope this will happen; I have some doubt but maybe, just maybe". Can you feel the difference?
Your "attraction power" lies within the nature of the feelings you are experiencing. If you are feeling negative underneath, you can speak all the positive words in the world - but there wouldn't be enough words to bring to you the ideal outcome. Those negative feelings will just attract more life experiences that will make you feel negative. If you are feeling positive and expecting the good outcome, eagerly anticipating it to come, then you will attract the positive outcome or something even better! Yep, that's the way the Law of Attraction works.
So, next time you think you are being positive, just by saying the words, do a gut check and ask yourself "am I really feeling that underneath" and be honest. It's OK to notice that you are not, because once you are aware of what you are doing, you can change it!
Awareness is the first step to creating the life we want. Just like you have to know where you are going before you get in a car to drive somewhere, you must know how you are feeling so that you can navigate accordingly to deliberately create the life you want.

Happiness is a Choice! - An inspirational tip I shared with Fox News viewers
I was recently interviewed by Fox News at 10 in Eugene, Oregon about my Life Coaching mission, to help people to be happy, no matter what bumps in the road they are facing. Yes, I do believe that it is within your reach to be happy - because being happy is more about what you choose to think and feel on a daily basis, despite the circumstances of your life.
I shared my vision with Fox News that I would like to see more positive, upbeat messages being aired on TV, to help society reach for a better feeling thought, instead of continuing to put the negative news in their minds and going to bed with those type of images. After all, what we choose to surround ourselves by impacts the quality of our lives. So, why not bring more positive messages to the world and share with people HOW they can feel better, when things look down in their lives?!
Well, my local Fox News was very receptive to this, matter of fact, after my interview with them (which you can watch above at the top of this blog), they wanted to share my message of positivity by airing many of my Lovin' Life quotes that I write and share on Twitter every single day!

I have heard so many new coaching clients come to me and say "when I am in a loving relationship, then I will be happy" or "when my business takes off and I am making a decent amount of money, that's when I will be happy". But the first lesson is to learn that being happy is more about what's inside of you. Many people chase their dreams, but it is not the dreams themselves that will make us happy. Think of all the people that are wealthy beyond their wildest imaginations (celebrities, CEO's, etc.) -- are they all happy? Or do we hear stories of them being everything BUT happy. Money doesn't bring happiness. A loving relationship doesn't bring happiness. A great career doesn't bring happiness. A successful business doesn't bring happiness.
Happiness IS an inside job and it is a choice that we are given each and every moment of the day.
What happens when that career we love gets stressful or when there are some trying times in our relationships? Is it the career or the relationship that is going to make us happy in those moments? No. It is what we choose to think and feel. It is HOW we respond to what life throws our way.
I am so passionate about this topic because what I have realized over the years, being a Law of Attraction student, coach, and teacher, is that learning how to be happy, no matter what, IS what attracts to us the life situations that we so desire and dream of. If you are not happy, how can you attract "happy" events in your life. You are a magnet. And your thoughts & feelings are the things that are drawing life situations to you (whether good or bad). And it all matches up. Good attracts the good and bad attracts the bad.
And here's the great news ... YOU choose what you think and feel. You can always reach for a better feeling thought and respond differently to life's trying situations. Yes, you are that powerful. Doesn't that feel good?
